Introduction

Nexure Solutions is looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales and Customer Onboarding Specialists to drive growth by acquiring new customers and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leads, closing deals, and guiding customers through the onboarding process to maximize their success with our services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through various sales strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present Nexure’s offerings to prospective customers.
  • Close sales deals and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to using Nexure’s services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide training and support during the onboarding phase to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing pipelines, and reporting.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and customer onboarding KPIs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, customer success, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical and business concepts to customers.
  • Previous experience in enterprise or business solutions sales is a plus.
