Please carefully read and understand this privacy policy. They contain an Corporate Device and Employee Information agreement as well as new types of data Nexure Solutions collects, as well as new policies on what Nexure Solutions does with collected data.

This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Nexure Solutions LLC and how we use it. Employee Data and Remote Access to Corporate Devices

Nexure Solutions collects data for employment reasons such as personal information but also information such as criminal background checks and credit checks. We use this information to help assist in our employment decision and we keep the information secure and we do not transmit the information to third-parties. Nexure Solutions uses Equifax for employment credit checks.

Nexure Solutions may issue a corporate device to an employee and we may need to access it for diagnostics, updates, or application installs, or an employee may elect to bring their own device to use at Nexure Solutions (BYOD). Employees can use the IT Department at Nexure Solutions if they encounter errors with software on their corporate or personal devices. The Nexure Solutions IT Department performs these services using remote access software either JumpCloud, TeamViewer, LogMeIn123 or AnyDesk where applicable. Nexure Solutions recommends during a session that the employee closes any sensitive content before accepting as the remote access software will allow our technicians to see and control the system. Nexure Solutions does not sell or copy data from computers nor does Nexure Solutions record, copy, transmit personal files of their employees to third-parties. Nexure Solutions may install applications but applications that are installed by us are for work purposes and have been scanned and cleaned by anti malware software or antivirus software to prevent harm to devices and networks. Nexure Solutions does not access client computers, networks or mobile devices remotely and these provisions only apply to employees.

Log Files

Nexure Solutions LLC follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Nexure's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options. You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. Personal Information made public

Nexure under no circumstances will make their employees information or client information public for any reason unless the client or employee specifies and Nexure sees a legitimate business need to do so. When you register a Domain Name with Nexure Solutions under Nexure Corporate Domains we will fill in the ICANN information with our own information or REDACTED for the public data fields. Nexure is also a registered agent so during a company registration that is done though Nexure Solutions our Corporate Office information will be included in the state filing free of charge to maintain privacy.

CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:

  • Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
  • Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
  • Request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data, not sell the consumer's personal data.

Nexure Solutions is controller of the data processed in connection with use of Nexure's services globally, except where it is joint controller with other Nexure affiliates. You as a consumer that is not a California resident this also includes users or visitors from the European Union also have the right to:

  • Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
  • Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
  • Request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data, not sell the consumer's personal data.
  • To have Nexure remove data from their systems you can either terminate your account using our billing and account portal and manually remove all associated data or you can email our Legal Team to ensure the data is fully removed.
