Refunds
General
Web Development, App Development, Video Editing, and Domain Registration Service charges for these offerings are eligible for a 50% refund. The remaining 50% is non-refundable due to the time and resources invested in project initiation and planning. Refunds for recurring monthly services (such as maintenance or subscriptions) are available only for the most recent billing period, and only upon request. Charges from previous billing periods are non-refundable, unless your payment method was charged fraudulently, in which case a full refund will be issued upon verification. Charges for Nexure Cloud services are fully refundable within 7 days of the automatic renewal date. After 7 days, the payment is non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted via our official support channels. All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Nexure reserves the right to deny a refund request if there is evidence of service misuse or policy violation.
